Rights of Way Law Review CD-ROM

The 2009 edition of the RWLR CD-ROM ('the CD') includes copies of all the articles published up to and including January 2009, laid out in screen-size pages.

CD_100w.jpg (4373 bytes)The articles are pre-indexed so that you can quickly search all the articles for a word or phrase in a single operation. The search process enables you to jump from one 'find' to the next, or to go straight to the first 'find' in any article which features in the list of 'finds'. The CD includes installation packages for the required software.

The articles can be printed in A4 format, and extracts can be copied and pasted to other documents.

The CD edition includes links which make it easier to follow up sidenote references to earlier articles, and also includes links which alert you to subsequent developments covered in the Review.

Updates are supplied by e-mail as each new issue of the printed edition is published, and include the pre-indexing needed to include the latest articles in Searches. The updates can also be downloaded from a restricted-access section of this website where an over-zealous e-mail filter would otherwise create problems.

System Requirements for the CD:

• Microsoft Windows 95 OSR 2.0, Windows 98 SE, Windows Millennium Edition,
Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 5, Windows 2000, or Windows XP.
• 64 MB of RAM.
• 38 MB of available hard-disk space.
• more available hard-disk space is required if the past years' articles are to be downloaded to the PC’s hard drive instead of being read from the CD or from a networked source. For the 2009 edition the required extra space is 76.1 MB
